On July 25, a smart-manufacturing study tour themed “Connecting Intelligence – Industry & Education Integration” was successfully held at Zhongke Moton. As a smart-manufacturing solution provider rooted in CAS technology and deeply serving the new-energy-vehicle supply chain, Zhongke Moton combines technical practice, industrial insight and scenario-based learning to build a bridge between classroom knowledge and the industrial frontier for young students, cultivating interdisciplinary talent equipped with both engineering literacy and innovative mindsets.Technology as the Link – Creating a New Paradigm of Industry–Education IntegrationCentered on “technology empowering growth,” this study tour adopted a three-dimensional “theory + practice + scenario” model, guiding students from passive knowledge absorption to active exploration of industry needs. An event organizer said, “Smart manufacturing is not only a technological revolution but also a reconstruction of the industrial ecosystem. By dissecting real project cases, we hope students can understand how technology solves practical problems and cultivate engineering thinking and social responsibility.”During the AI-themed lecture, the Zhongke Moton technical team systematically explained cutting-edge applications of artificial intelligence in industrial manufacturing, leveraging today’s big-data algorithm platforms. From millisecond-level quality inspection to predictive maintenance analytics, students experienced firsthand—via dynamic dashboards and live simulations—how AI is reshaping traditional production workflows.Scenario-Based Learning – Unlocking the Full Smart-Manufacturing ChainTo deepen students’ understanding of the industrial ecosystem, the event designed an immersive “exhibit exploration + shop-floor practice” pathway. In the corporate-culture exhibition hall, historical archives and interactive installations traced the company’s journey from a CAS spin-off to serving hundreds of manufacturers. The shop-floor segment brought learning to a climax. Guided by engineers, students observed the operating logic of smart production lines: how AGVs deliver materials with laser-guided precision, how robotic arms perform flexible assembly via force-control technology, and how digital-twin systems mirror real-time production status. Most excitingly, students programmed AGVs and planned motion paths in teams. Cheers erupted when their own code successfully moved materials. “Learning by doing is far more impressive than flowcharts in textbooks,” one student remarked.Strategic Commitment – Co-creating a Tech-Innovation PlatformThis study tour is a microcosm of Zhongke Moton’s industry–education strategy. Through joint laboratories, corporate courses and skills competitions, the company continuously supplies young talent with industrial insights and technical resources. As the event concluded, students returned home with newfound knowledge, while reflections on technology, industry and talent continue.
