During the on-site exhibition, Zhongke Motong, as a representative enterprise in the field of intelligent chips and interactive computing networks, focused on showcasing its innovative practices in the application of AI large models to the full life cycle of intelligent manufacturing CAD/CAM/ACE through its technology booth, demonstrating its ability to optimize manufacturing resource allocation in the industry and to reduce costs and increase efficiency for enterprises. It attracted many government and business representatives to stop and communicate, reaching a number of potential customers.
Discussingthe New Paradigm of AI Empowerment
The CASMT AI platform, targeting the AI multimodal intelligent manufacturing large model in the new energy industry field, provides an LLM generative CAD/CAM automatic design system, realizing the AI design generation of 2D/3D CAD for intelligent manufacturing components, whole machines, complete sets of equipment, and production lines. It also provides CAM process design generation and AI generation of PLC, robotic arm, and other program codes. Utilizing the generalization ability of LLM to achieve automatic CAD/CAMD design and code AI generation, it generates CAD design drawings, CAM program codes, and engineering documents from text, voice, images, point clouds, and other data.
The project uses knowledge graph methods andNLP algorithms to disambiguate LLM inputs and outputs, and to verify the producibility of the generated results, overcoming the inherent difficulties of large models such as lack of interpretability and hallucinations, to achieve accurate design of complex mechanical systems. It also comprehensively applies the latest MCP/RAG technology and proprietary controlled language code technology to realize precise parametric design generation.
