Not only are equipment procurement and maintenance costs prohibitive, but process customization and technology iteration are also constrained by external parties, making this a critical bottleneck for domestic OEMs and component manufacturers in upgrading high-end suspension mass production. The first domestically developed active suspension actuator assembly production line with independent intellectual property rights, jointly researched by CASMT and Xijian, has perfectly resolved this challenge.

Building on years of technical accumulation in intelligent manufacturing of automotive chassis core components, the CASMT project team independently carried out the overall production line design, mechanical structure development, control system programming, visual positioning inspection, and data traceability platform construction. The complete hardware and software suite holds full independent intellectual property rights, completely eliminating external technical dependence. During the critical project phase, the R&D team addressed the process difficulties of multi-component actuators, conducting simulation iterations and station joint commissioning, overcoming multiple industry technical pain points including micron-level assembly alignment, multi-process synchronization, and batch consistency control. The intelligent assembly production line delivered this time achieves fully automated operation of components throughout the entire process.

The Xijian acceptance expert team, referencing the technical agreement and industry mass production standards, verified item by item all assessment criteria including station operation precision, repeat assembly consistency, inspection pass rate, continuous no-load and loaded stability, safety protection systems, and digital integration capabilities. All measured performance indicators exceeded the contractually agreed standards, and the line passed the final acceptance smoothly on the first attempt. After deployment, this independently developed production line will significantly reduce labor input, stabilize product yield, shorten the mass production ramp-up cycle for new products, and completely resolve long-standing pain points such as slow after-sales response and limited customization capabilities.
