• The production line includes the following core equipment: IGBT pressing, plasma cleaning for adhesive application, automatic tightening, safety testing, power harness testing, EOL testing, programming & water-blowing, leak testing, breather valve pressing, and final appearance inspection.

• IGBT Pressing Equipment: High-end servo presses are used for pressing, with pressure and displacement monitoring. After pressing, 3D intelligent vision inspection is employed to check the quality of the pressed pins, ensuring that each IGBT module meets nearly perfect consistency standards.

• EOL Testing Equipment: The testing uses standard water and electricity connection modules, with automatic connection by the equipment. Leak detection is installed at the water pipe connection to ensure timely alarms for any coolant leakage during the testing process.

• Adhesive Application and Plasma Cleaning: The equipment performs plasma cleaning on the adhesive surface. After application, 3D intelligent vision inspection checks the width, height, and trajectory of the adhesive, ensuring the quality of the adhesive application.

• Production line cycle: 60 seconds per piece, with an automation rate of 89%, and OEE above 85%. The line is highly flexible, compatible with multiple product types. Equipment and tooling use modular changeover, and robot stations employ quick-change plates for automatic tooling switching. Changeover includes product type recognition and error-proofing, with programs and software switchable at the touch of a button. The entire line uses QR codes bound to pallets for traceability, ensuring that production data is queryable.
